The customer receives pre-loaded hollow on a steel mandrel. The
operator then loads the mandrel into the
Fast Fire placing
tool. With a single trigger or pedal action, the operator installs a
rivet or rivets*. The Fast
Fire tool pushes the rivet body
over the enlarged tip of the mandrel, expanding it into place. The
tool then automatically presents the next rivet on the mandrel, ready
to cycle again.
