Wire Forms
Custom wire forming is a mission that CCI performs exceptionally well. Four-slide machines and CNC forming takes wire direct from the coil of material and fabricates it accurately into piece-parts, at high speeds and low production costs. CCI can supply an infinite variety of shapes, sizes and configurations such as:
- Hooks, brackets, grates for a wide variety of applications
- Materials include stainless steel or cold rolled steel
- Round or flat stock
- Optional painting or plating per your designs and specifications.
Typically requirements like the weight load, finish, critical dimensions and quantity needed are helpful for quoting.
